criminal defense attorney keith sullivan and former prosecutor brian silber. as a former prosecutor, brian what do you think about this. >> i think it might be the right move for everybody. you have to think the victims as a prosecutor. to put the women in trial and sit there and describe all 900 counts that are being indicted it would put them through the wringer once again. if this guy gets locked up rest of his life around never see the light of day and get what is he deserves i think that is good resolution for everybody. martha: keith what do you think. >> i couldn't agree more, martha. you spare the women the trauma and tragedy to relive this this is very sick and twisted individual. he needs to be in a mental hospital probably more so than a jail but that is where he spend rest of his life. if you challenge all the sentences, shy of 900 charges, 978 he said he will be convicted on just about all of them. tough, tough case to even try to begin to defend. martha: yeah. you know, you're so right and it does, as kelly was saying before, it allows these wome
